All goods are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery, Courier Service, or
International Signed For Delivery.
Please note that:
- An adult signature will be required.
- All deliveries must be to a physical address – we cannot ship to a PO box number.
Royal Mail First Class will generally arrive the next working day after it has been
shipped from  ,
including Saturday.
Special Delivery guarantees delivery before 1 pm the next day, or the next working day if the order is placed
on a Sunday or Bank Holiday. Items are sent by Special Delivery or 24 hour Courier Service if a next day service is
advertised.
International Signed For despatches items on the first available flight. All deliveries must be
signed for at the destination address.
Postage is calculated based on the combined weight of all items purchased using Royal Mail’s
standard and airmail charges, plus packaging, special delivery, recorded delivery and International signed for
charges where applicable. Postage will be calculated automatically when you checkout, after
you have selected your preferred shipping option.
We reserve the right to choose the method of shipping for special offers and promotions.

Delivery Schedule |
All orders are normally packed and despatched the same day and most are
delivered within 24-48 hours, though orders placed late in the day and at weekends
will depend on the delivery schedules of the Courier Service used.
Shipping times are quoted on the basis that the product is in stock.
From time to time certain items will go temporarily out of stock.
will deliver an "in stock" order within 2-7 days in the UK. We aim to
deliver International orders within a few days, but please allow up to
10 working days.
If an item is "awaiting stock" delivery can take 7-10 days for the UK and up to 12
working days for International orders. You will be advised by email and given the
option to cancel the order if you so choose. No charges will be made to your card
until the order is despatched.
Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend
and on National Holidays. We will do our best to deliver within
7 days from the date of your order but shall not be liable for
loss caused by delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
