Return Policy

Customer satisfaction with our products is our number one priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. Please email us at customerservice@ehaircare.co.uk.

If we sent you the wrong goods, please let us know immediately. We will make sure that you receive the correct goods at no extra cost to you, and we will bear all costs for the return of the products. If you decide that you do not want a replacement, we will issue a full refund to your credit card, including return postage and packing.

Faulty products covered by a manufacturer's warranty should be returned directly to the manufacturer. Please contact us if you require assistance in how to return defective products to the manufacturer and note that they will require proof of purchase of the goods.

Order Cancellation
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the goods ordered then you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from the date of purchase under the Consumer Protection ("Distance Selling") Regulations 2000 as amended from time to time ("the Distance Regulations").

Your right to cancel is on the basis that we will be able to re-sell the goods to another customer as new when you return them to us. Please do not use or open any sealed products that you wish to return. We have the right to reject any goods which have been used, unsealed, tampered with or damaged whilst in your care.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of personal grooming products (shampoos, conditioners, hair wax, hair brushes, combs, gels, etc.), whether they have been opened or not, for health and safety reasons.

Before making a return, please contact customerservice@ehaircare.co.ukby email for a return authorisation code which will be confirmed by email with instructions on making the return. If you have any questions about the goods or need help on deciding whether or not to keep them, please contact Customer Services by email for more information.

On cancellation of your order, the price you paid for the goods will be refunded to you within 30 days of cancellation, excluding the postage charged either separately or included in the price of the original order. We will send you an email to confirm cancellation.

You also have the right to cancel your order at any time before the goods are dispatched. You must contact us immediately by e-mail to cancel your order.

If an attempt is made to deliver your order and you elect not to claim or collect your order or you refuse delivery, we will deem this to be a cancellation of your order.

Returns: Posting and Insurance
All returns should be sent back to us by Recorded Delivery, or some other certified delivery method requiring our signature. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Condition of the Item
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. Items that show signs of use cannot be accepted for return. Damaged goods due to customer’s negligence will also not be accepted.

Returns: Refund
Once your return is received it will be reviewed by our Returns Department. You will receive notification regarding your return within five days. We will refund the full purchase price of the product depending on the condition of the item, less the postage charged either separately or included in the price of the original order.

Please note that eHairCare will not be responsible for losses or damages relating to return parcels.
